At Lady Natalie, we take great care in creating each custom-made wedding dress to suit your individual needs. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have a specific returns and exchanges policy for our handmade dresses .
Manual Quality Check:
Each wedding dress is carefully hand-inspected by our team before shipping to ensure it meets the highest quality standards. This process ensures there are no flaws and that the dress reaches you in perfect condition. For this reason, returns and exchanges on custom-made wedding dresses are not accepted unless a problem is identified during the quality inspection.
Returns and Exchanges Policy:

Custom Made Wedding Dresses : Returns and exchanges are not accepted on custom made dresses, except in the rare case of a manufacturing defect .

Other products : Non-personalised products, such as accessories, can be returned within 14 days, provided they have not been used and are in their original condition.
Returns and Exchanges Criteria:
- For non-personalised products , the product must be unused, unworn and in its original packaging.
- Any manufacturing defects must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
How to initiate a return or exchange:

Contact customer service : Send an email to konjerz@ladynatalie.com with your order number, description of the problem, and photos (if available).

Receive Authorization : If your return or exchange is approved, you will receive a return authorization and further instructions.

Send the product back : Carefully package the product and send it to the address provided. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.

Receive a refund/replacement : Once we receive the product, we will inspect and process your refund or replacement, depending on the situation.
Please note that made-to-measure wedding dresses cannot be returned or exchanged unless a fault is identified.
